106 & Park revamps its Freestyle Competition every Friday.
Every Friday two (2) unsigned rappers competes a single round with a max of 1 min.&10 secs(1:10) for performing their original song. Judges, who are selected at BET’s sole discretion comments on the performances wherein the judges’ decision is binding & final.
At the show’s weekly battle end, viewers can cast their vote online. If loser has more votes than winner selected by judges, the contestant will be placed in Wild Card pool & can be be selected by BET, to return & perform for a second chance.
